1. This guide will walk you through how to setup MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator Application on your mobile device.

    a. Browse to https://www.office.com/ and sign in using your email address and password.

    b. Once you have Signed in you will be prompted to start setting up MFA click on "Next"

    c.  In the drop drop down select "Mobile App"

    d. Check the box "Use Verification Code"

    e. Click on "Setup"

    f. Follow the Instructions Prompted on your screen on how to "Configure Mobile App"

    g. Once completed click on "Next"

    h. You will see the "Checking Activation Status"

    i. Once you can see "Mobile app has been configured for notifications and verification codes." click on "Next"

    j. Enter in the verification code that is displayed on the Microsoft Authenticator App and click "Verify"

    k. Enter in your Mobile Contact details and click on "Next" (This is the backup authentication method if you loose access to the Mobile App, Things like obtaining a new phone)

    l. MFA has not been successfully setup you can click on 'Finished"

    m. You will now be taken to the login screen again please Sign In, once you have signed you will be prompted to enter                 your Verification code.

    n. You have the option to select "Don't ask again for xx days" (this will bypass the code verification for the days                 displayed for that computer you are logging into. IF you log in using another PC then you will be prompted to enter the         code again.)
